Preferred Messages and General Messages
When using GlobalTmail to find what you’re looking for, we instantly send the results to your private GlobalTmail voicemail box, instead of displaying them as a link to a website like the online search engines do. With GlobalTmail, results of your searches appear as voice or audio messages that you can either play from your computer or retrieve from your GlobalTmail voicemail box. Your search results are categorized into “Preferred” and “General” Messages. When calling your voicemail box to retrieve messages, you get two options: (a) Listen to Preferred Messages and (b) Listen to General Messages. (By the way, these options are also available online through this website, so you can hear the messages on your computer as well as your phone.) The Preferred Messages are the ones in which the MatchWords? from the sender correspond with your own search criteria. They also include any GroupCast Subscriptions or 1-to-1 Messages you have received (more on that below). The General Messages are those that arrive in your General voicemail box and are sent by Clients of GlobalTmail who believe you may have an interest in their message. They deliver to your mailbox based upon the demographic information you provided at the time you registered for our service. Below is a brief description of how our MatchWords? technology, plus GroupCast? and 1-to-1 Messaging? work to give you new and more efficient alternatives in your communications and search needs.
MatchWords™ Technology
Just like the keywords you enter into a search engine when you’re trying to locate something, you can use any words you want that describe whatever you’re looking for through GlobalTmail. We call this our MatchWords™ technology. But there are some big differences between our MatchWords™ search capabilities and your standard search engine. Some advantages you get with us that you won’t find elsewhere are:
- The results are instantly available as a voice file that you can hear right on your computer! (not just a link to a website)
- You can also get the results on your cell phone without even logging onto the Internet!
- You can leave your MatchWords™ searches in the system indefinitely, continuously searching for you.
- You can run multiple searches all at one time.
- We notify you via your choice of voice phone call, email or text message the moment a match has been made.
These and other differences distinguish our service from that of search engines, yet we have much of the same capability. Learn how this technology works and how it will benefit you, especially when you’re away from your computer!
Subscribe To Favorite And Important Messages You Want and Need With GroupCast™
In addition to the searches you do by entering MatchWords™, you can also subscribe to our GroupCast™ service by indicating the groups from whom you wish to receive messages. A “group” can be any organization that has offered to send messages to you by simply requesting (subscribing) to the deliveries. A GroupCast™ is simply a message, recorded by the Message Administrator (our Client), and delivered to a specific, pre-defined group of people. The sky is the limit when it comes to creative use of this service. Those with a need to continually deliver a message to their “group” will find this service to be invaluable! Check out all the creative ways GroupCast™ can provide great benefits for you!
One-To-One Messaging™ Provides Benefits Over Standard Voicemail Services
This service works much like a cross between the many chat services and text messaging, except that the communication is by recorded voice message rather than typing. In our system, each party (sender and receiver), must accept and approve each other before they can exchange messages. This prevents you from getting messages from unwanted parties. It also helps to ensure that you have real privacy in your personal communications with others. Unlike the voicemail received through your cell phone, or the answering machine you might have in your home or office, One-To-One Messaging will never give your callers a “Mailbox Full” message when they call. This is one of the best, truly private communication techniques available these days. You can learn all about it by just following this link. Find out why we think our service is better than any other, anywhere. |
